How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently close your Roaming Kiwi account and remove your personal data.

Before You Start

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Before you proceed, please be aware of the following:

  • Active eSIMs must expire first. You cannot delete your account while you have active eSIM plans. Wait until all your eSIMs have expired or been cancelled before proceeding.
  • Saved payment methods will be removed. All cards and payment methods saved to your account will be permanently deleted from Stripe, our payment processor.
  • Your data will be erased. Your personal information will be anonymised in accordance with our privacy policy. Order history is retained for legal and tax purposes but will no longer be linked to your identity.
  • You can re-register later. After deletion, your email address will be freed and you can create a new account at any time. Your previous order history will not carry over.

Troubleshooting

“You have active eSIMs”

You need to wait for all your eSIM plans to expire before deleting your account. The error message will show when your last eSIM expires.

“Incorrect password”

Make sure you are entering your current account password. If you have forgotten it, contact support and we’ll help you regain access before deleting your account.

I signed up with Facebook or a social login

If you signed up using a social login and do not have a password set, you will be asked to type delete my account instead of entering a password. This confirmation is case-insensitive.
