A Turbo Daily plan gives you a high-speed data allowance that resets every 24 hours — starting from the moment you first use data. Choose your daily amount and trip length, and you'll get fast data each day without a large upfront commitment. Once your daily quota is used, speeds reduce until the 24-hour window resets. You won't be cut off or charged extra.

Can I make phone calls and send texts with my eSIM?

When your data allowance is used up, your data connection will stop. You won't be charged any extra fees — there are no surprise overage charges. You can purchase a top-up or a new eSIM plan through your dashboard to get back online. Your regular SIM remains unaffected.

Can I top up or buy another plan?

Yes! You can top up select eSIM plans, avoiding the need to install a new eSIM or change settings when you run low on data. Simply visit the top-up page, enter your eSIM's ICCID from your order email, and select a plan. If you run out of data or your eSIM has expired, you can buy a new plan and install it in minutes.

What does (nonhkip) mean?

Almost all eSIM providers around the world route traffic via Hong Kong — this route is often more readily available, but may mean certain websites see you as coming from Hong Kong when you visit them. Can I transfer my eSIM to a different device?
